Client Objective
Allegiance Bank is a community financial institution with 28 locations throughout the Houston area. The bank primarily serves small business owners, and their employees/families. The combination of a decade-old website and significant company growth made a full-scale website overhaul essential to best serve bank customers and prospects.
With goals of creating a refreshed look and feel that resonated with the Allegiance Bank audience, and building a platform with easier access and engagement capabilities, Allegiance Bank partnered with Raven Creative to redesign the company website.
How We Did It
Upon a first interaction with an Allegiance Banker, one quickly learns about The Allegiance Way; the bank’s unwavering pledge to do right by their customers and help business owners succeed. Raven Creative was successful in creating a final product that tangibly translates this interpersonal commitment to the online channel. The creative work addresses Allegiance’s goals well by clearly communicating the company’s unique value and presenting content that quickly provides solutions to users visiting the site.
Raven Creative partnered closely with Allegiance stakeholders to integrate important features like top-of-page online banking login, a clearly-defined business landing page and relevant homepage CTAs. The site features original photography of Allegiance Bank team members and customers, creating a uniquely personal feel that further exemplifies the bank’s strong, differentiating connections with its business banking customers.
