Account Executive

The Account Executive will assist in the day to day management and development of Raven Creative client relationships, projects and campaigns. The AE will also be actively involved in business development efforts and supporting new business pitches.

Duties & Responsibilities

  • Proactively manage a portfolio of client relationships, projects and campaigns, ensuring on-going performance to target metrics
  • Establish and maintain strong client relationships through face to face meetings, phone calls and email
  • Develop, write and deploy creative content for blog, email, social and traditional media channels
  • Develops, plans and executes strategic and tactical marketing programs designed to support client business objectives; sets goals for measurable results
  • Develop and present monthly client activity reports and insights
  • Develop and present monthly Raven Creative analytics reports and insights
  • Identify growth opportunities for both our clients and the agency
  • Build relationships and support the Raven Creative brand through engagement with the Houston business community and attendance at industry functions and events
  • Support Account Manager to cultivate new business opportunities, draft proposals and deliver new business pitches

Skills and Experience

  • 3 – 5 years demonstrated experience in traditional and digital marketing, including brand strategy, advertising, email marketing, social media management
  • Agency experience preferred
  • Excellent written communication skills
  • Strong presentation skills
  • Deadline-driven with a strong attention to detail
  • Preferred experience using HubSpot and WordPress
  • A great attitude and can-do spirit
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or Communications
