Brand Marketing Coordinator

Raven Creative is a marketing and creative agency serving clients in financial services, healthcare, green-tech, energy and more. What You’ll Do

  • Serve as the liaison between Raven Creative clients and the internal team, translating client goals into deliverables and managing projects from concept to execution
  • Lead and execute a variety of strategic and tactical marketing initiatives
  • Create long and short form content for implementation across a variety of channels including blog, social and email
  • Collaborate with team members to brainstorm and implement creative, goal-driven marketing strategies
  • Manage workflows and project milestones along with associated communication needs
  • Utilize Asana project management software to assign and track deadlines

Additional Skills/Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, advertising, communications or related field.
  • 5+ years of agency or in-house experience
  • Thorough understanding of marketing planning and production processes
  • Well-versed in graphic standards for print, digital and social media implementation
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, comfortable working in PowerPoint
  • Asana project management software

Design Associate

Raven Creative is seeking a talented and dedicated Design Associate to join our team. In this role, you’ll be a contributing member of our small but nimble, cross-functional team, collaborating to produce high-quality creative content to achieve our clients’ goals and objectives. The ideal candidate will manage his/her time effectively to hit key deadlines, demonstrate attention to detail and be able to apply creative best practices across a variety of media. This is a fantastic opportunity for a visual design or communications major looking for a broad range of experience.


  • Social media asset development and management
  • Email marketing campaign creation
  • Print and digital ad production for national distribution
  • Event marketing design and production for direct mail and digital distribution

Qualifications and Requirements

  • Achieved or pursuing a degree in the graphic design, communications or related field
  • Well-versed in Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator a MUST)
  • Demonstrated excellence in typography and composition
  • Working knowledge of email marketing and social media management applications such as HubSpot, MailChimp, etc
  • Current on social media best practices
  • Capable of drafting and scheduling social content
  • Great organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to respond positively to constructive criticism
  • Self-starter with a passion to learn and grow
  • Desire to work on a creative, collaborative team
  • Located in the Greater Houston Area
  • Able to commit 20 hrs/week

What We Offer

This is a part-time position based in our office in Houston, Texas. It is a contract position with a duration of 3 months, with potential to extend or convert into a regular full-time position.
