Website strategy and design, brand guidelines, social media toolkit, and marketing collateral for a pioneering non-profit.

The Challenge

The Texas Exchange for Energy & Climate Entrepreneurship (TEX-E), a nonprofit committed to building the innovation ecosystem in energy transition and climate tech across Houston and Texas, faced a pivotal challenge. As they transitioned from their affiliation with Greentown Labs, TEX-E needed to quickly establish its own distinct positioning as a catalyst for energy and climate tech innovation. With a hard deadline approaching, it was required for TEX-E to independently reinforce its mission and continue to foster engagement among all stakeholders, including, students, leading universities, major energy corporations, and the entrepreneur community.

What We Did

By taking a phased approach, we ensured that TEX-E would not lose its digital presence and reinforced TEX-E’s pivotal role in connecting students and academia with energy sector leaders as they transitioned from their affiliation with Greentown Labs. Our team provided TEX-E with a distinctive brand identity that resonates with two different audiences, students and industry professionals, and crafted a cohesive digital presence that educates, promotes, and showcases TEX-E’s impact, establishing them as an authoritative voice in the climate tech entrepreneurship space.
