Branding + Design
Billionaire Bankruptcy Abuse
Crafted a powerful brand identity for attorneys fighting corporate bankruptcy abuse.
The Challenge
The Billionaire Bankruptcy Abuse campaign is led by a group of prominent attorneys representing mesothelioma and ovarian cancer victims whose diagnoses are due to asbestos-contaminated consumer products. They hold large, powerful companies accountable and safeguard the rights of asbestos victims. Their mission required a brand identity that would establish them as a trusted source of information in the fight against corporate bankruptcy abuse. In a landscape dominated by polished corporate messaging, they faced the challenge of creating a visual presence that would effectively communicate their expertise and passion while maintaining unwavering professionalism. The campaign needed to stand out and resonate with diverse audiences, from victims’ families to policymakers, while conveying both the gravity of their cause and their commitment to justice.
What We Did
In partnership with the TASC Group, we created a powerful brand that embodies trust, action, and passionate advocacy. Through thoughtfully selected typography and a strategic color palette, our comprehensive design delivers impact through every element, giving the campaign the visual authority needed to challenge corporate abuse. Our strategic approach ensures their brand commands attention across all materials and platforms. The result is a professional and bold brand that matches the gravity of their mission.

- Strategic Color Palette
- Brand Standards Document

We created a comprehensive visual standards manual that details every aspect of the brand identity. The guide establishes clear rules for logo usage, typography, and color implementation, ensuring the campaign maintains consistent impact and professionalism across all applications.

We designed a dual logo system: a primary mark with outlined typography inspired by corporate bookkeeping—challenging the very system it exposes—and a powerful shield symbol as the secondary mark, representing protection and advocacy. The palette combines professional grays with touches of gold, reflecting both corporate authority and the fight for justice.
