Brand Coordinator

As we continue to grow, we’re seeking a Brand Coordinator who shares our passion for excellence and our commitment to delivering tangible results that align with our clients’ business objectives.

What You’ll Do

  • Act as the day-to-day point of contact for assigned clients, translating client goals into deliverables and managing projects from concept to execution
  • Support Brand Manager to develop and execute marketing and creative strategies, including digital marketing, advertising, brand, web, social media, and content marketing.
  • Assist in creating and managing project timelines, ensuring all deliverables are completed on time and within budget.
  • Coordinate with internal teams (creative, content, digital, etc.) to ensure the successful execution of marketing and creative projects.
  • Maintain social media and blog content calendar for assigned clients to ensure consistent posting and content diversity.
  • Manage and update social media accounts across various platforms (e.g., Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok) with attention to platform-specific best practices.
  • Monitor and respond to comments, messages, and mentions in a timely and professional manner.
  • Manage simple WordPress website updates and maintenance needs.
  • Monitor performance across digital footprints and provide regular reports to clients, analyzing data and making recommendations for optimization.
  • Prepare and present proposals, status reports, and other documents to clients.
  • Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities, staying up-to-date with industry developments.
  • Assist in new business development efforts by participating in client pitches and proposal writing.

Additional Skills/Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, advertising, communications or related field.
  • 1 – 3 years of agency or in-house experience. Will consider recent graduates with strong internship experience.
  • Thorough understanding of marketing planning and production processes
  • Well-versed in graphic standards for print, digital and social media implementation
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, comfortable working in PowerPoint
  • Experience using social media management software such as HubSpot, Hootsuite or similar
  • Asana project management software
