Igniting Entrepreneurial Education
Positioning TEX-E as an independent climate-tech education force with bold branding and digital impact.
Engagement from day one
Turning a tight timeline into a strategic advantage, establishing the credibility needed to compete for students, funding, and industry awareness.
Building Independence
TEX-E (Texas Exchange for Energy & Climate Entrepreneurship) is a Houston-based nonprofit accelerating climate-tech entrepreneurship through education, fellowships, and ecosystem connections. As they transitioned from an affiliate program under Greentown Labs and MIT into an independent organization, TEX-E needed a brand identity and digital presence that reflected their autonomy and ambition. With just 30 days until public launch, they partnered with Raven Creative to build a digital platform ready to scale.

From Affiliate to Authority
TEX-E had bold ambitions but lacked the infrastructure to match. Without a standalone website or brand assets, they faced a compressed timeline and the pressure of proving credibility to students, corporate partners, and academic institutions — all before launch day.

I think the website has been designed very well. It’s appealing to the students and universities we want to reach, and also to bigger organizations like Exxon and Chevron.
Our Approach
Define the Identity — Developed a distinctive brand system that honored TEX-E’s academic roots while establishing its independent role in climate entrepreneurship.
Design for Dual Audiences — Balanced, vibrant, student-forward visuals with professional design that earned credibility with corporate partners and institutions.
Build the Digital Platform — Created a scalable, content-rich website that converted interest into action and elevated TEX-E’s programming and fellowship offerings.
Equip for Growth — Delivered a complete toolkit — including content strategy, brand messaging, and social media assets — to extend TEX-E’s impact beyond launch.
TEX-E’s brand, messaging, and digital platform formed a cohesive presence built to engage audiences immediately and scale alongside their mission.

Built for the Dual Challenge
TEX-E didn’t just launch a website. They gained a tool that served dual audiences effectively. From students exploring climate careers to institutions seeking emerging talent, the platform drove 3,485 unique users and 32,000+ content interactions while balancing accessibility with authority.
