 Sidney brings extensive experience in communications and marketing that spans the energy, healthcare, and higher education sectors. Her diverse background includes work with notable organizations such as Seadrill, an offshore drilling contractor, and Kaiser Permanente, where she led initiatives in internal communications, multimedia content creation, and employee engagement campaigns. 

Sidney connects clients and creative teams with strategic precision — transforming ideas into cohesive campaigns that drive clarity, momentum, and impact. Her work has been instrumental in shaping messaging and strategy for the Houston Energy Transition Initiative, Houston Energy + Climate Startup Week, the Texas Exchange for Energy & Climate Entrepreneurship, and Rival Downhole Tools. 

Sidney holds a Master’s in Communication from San Diego State University and a Bachelor’s in Marketing from the University of Mississippi. Through collaborative partnerships and strategic thinking, she helps energy brands transform industry complexity into powerful, confident communication. 

Outside of work, Sidney enjoys long walks with her dog Maggie, staying active with Orangetheory Fitness, and is an avid theatergoer.
